The crew arrives at Wind River Pack Bridge Saturday afternoon, May 30 and camps at the trailhead.  On Sunday morning the crew packs up their gear and starts the hike up the Wind River to Johnson Saddle; this is about an 11-mile hike.  The gear will be packed in on mules from the trail head on Sunday.  Camp is at Johnson Saddle. There is a very distinct camp there with a spring close by.  The project will be logging out and reestablishing approximately 2.5 miles of existing trail down to Sheep Creek.  Volunteers will be using crosscut saws, pulaskis and loppers to do most of this work.  Camp and meals will be overseen by a camp host/cook and participants are expected to help with camp chores during the week. Crew will hike out the morning of Sunday, June 5; a pack string will bring gear out the same day.
