Project: Mickinnick Trail (National Trails Day)

Description: On National Trails Day, we’ll return to this very popular 3.5-mile, locally built hiking trail. Mickinnick gains 2,200’ to reach a beautiful viewpoint far above the City of Sandpoint. We’ll do tread work, improve drainage, and cut back brush.

  • Please submit one form for each person in your group.
  • Participants under the age of 18 must be registered by their parent or guardian. Anyone under the age of 16 must also be accompanied by an adult. Any participant under the age of 18 must bring with them a signed copy of our Parental Consent Form.
  • When you arrive at a ITA work party you will be asked to read and sign our liability release form. Please read it ahead of time. You must check the box below before hitting the submit button.

    In the past, we've had quite a few late cancelations for projects. The issue is not just the time and money invested in planning, organizing and staffing a project, but also the missed work that could have been done with a full crew.
