Come kick off the season with ITA by enjoying Idaho’s newest wilderness area! On this one day project, you will experience the deep and secluded river canyons of the Bruneau-Jarbidge River. These desert canyons are unlike anything else in Idaho, and have been featured in publications such as National Geographic Magazine.

Join us for a weekend in the Pioneer Mountains as we work to improve the Pioneer-Cabin Trail.

Join us for our on-going partnership with the Sawtooth National Recreation Area to accomplish trail stewardship objectives for trail systems accessing Alice, Twin, Toxaway, Farley, Edna, Edith, Imogene, and Hell Roaring Lakes.

Mt. Borah is Idaho’s tallest peak, rising to around 12,600 feet. Located in the rugged Lost River Mountains near Mackay, Idaho, summiting Borah is a lifetime accomplishment for many people, and the trail to the top draws in visitors from around the country. The trail heading to the top has a reputation as being steep, and unfortunately, in poor condition. We are looking for a few good volunteers to help work on it.

The West Fork and Hidden Lakes Trail System accesses one of the most beautiful and rugged portions of the Idaho Selkirk Mountains. Volunteers will work on Trail 21, between West Fork Cabin and Hidden Lake.There will also be some time for leisure to explore the area’s spectacular beauty while hiking with fellow volunteers.
